Mould in Silicon

Whether the silican is in your Bathroom, Laundry or Kitchen if it has mould, the silicon is not doing its job and needs to be replaced.

It is a relatively easy job - you can attempt yourself or get a professional in.

  Shower Glass - Prevent Glass Cancer.

Glass Cancer is caused by harsh chemicals, and leaving those chemicals on the glass for too long, or using harsh chemicals over a long period of time.
As it turns out, Shower Glass needs TLC. It hates harsh chemicals.

In its normal state glass is not porous. However, under certain chemical conditions glass can be attacked rendering the surface porous - which will eventuate in Glass Cancer. 

What does it look like?  Its is a fog or streaking that appears to be inside the glass when its dry. If you run your finger over it and it is squeaky clean then there is no soap scum on the glass it is glass corrosion/cancer.

This can not be cleaned.  The glass will need replacing.
